Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide advanced troubleshooting support for computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support and diagnose issues for a user community
- Perform routine user maintenance tasks and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Document help desk SOPs and support instructions for incident resolution
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- 2+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with computer systems and networks
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
