Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide advanced troubleshooting support for computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support and diagnose issues for a user community
  • Perform routine user maintenance tasks and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Document help desk SOPs and support instructions for incident resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with computer systems and networks
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
