Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist - Tier 1 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone, and defect tracking system
- Document all incidents in the incident tracking system and manage incidents to closure or escalation
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer priorities and release information
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 0-2 years of related work experience, or Associate degree with 2-3 years, or High School diploma/equivalent with 4-5 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complex software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and client focus
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities
- Experience in creating customer-facing documentation
