Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level I Help Desk Specialist for a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service related to help desk and equipment repair
  • Research, isolate, and resolve less complex user problems; refer complex issues as necessary
  • Create trouble tickets, document procedures, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk support and familiarity with help desk ticketing software
  • Experience with Windows OS, MS 365, Office 365, Email, and Active Directory support
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
  • Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered
