Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist (Remote - PST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users
  • Assist with hardware and software installations and maintain PC systems
  • Manage projects assigned by the Helpdesk Manager and respond to after-hours support needs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of related work experience, including at least one year in microcomputer hardware and peripherals repair
  • Experience in a Microsoft network environment
