Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist (Remote - PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users
- Assist with hardware and software installations and maintain PC systems
- Manage projects assigned by the Helpdesk Manager and respond to after-hours support needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of related work experience, including at least one year in microcomputer hardware and peripherals repair
- Experience in a Microsoft network environment
