Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist (Remote - PST).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported by users
Assist with hardware and software installations and maintain PC systems
Manage projects assigned by the Helpdesk Manager and respond to after-hours support needs

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent experience
Two or more years of related work experience, including at least one year in microcomputer hardware and peripherals repair
Experience in a Microsoft network environment
