Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and deployment of PCs to meet company standards
  • Provide desktop support for Microsoft Office and various operating systems
  • Support multi-location networks and perform hardware diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in a help desk environment
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing 50 pounds
