- Configuration and deployment of PCs to meet company standards
- Provide desktop support for Microsoft Office and various operating systems
- Support multi-location networks and perform hardware diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in a help desk environment
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift equipment weighing 50 pounds
