Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist I (Tier I Agent - Internal).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Tier 1 customer support Point of Contact for CBP employees and contractors
  • Respond to incidents and service requests through various communication channels, logging details in ServiceNow
  • Perform troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation of technical issues related to applications, hardware, and network connectivity


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT help desk or technical customer support
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Sole U.S. citizenship required and ability to pass a CBP Background Investigation
