Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Agent to assist with technical support and software delivery for the Air Force Civil Engineering community.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to requests for technical support via phone and email
- Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of experience with JIRA software
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with concepts and practices related to Help Desk Operations
