Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Agent to assist with technical support and software delivery for the Air Force Civil Engineering community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Responds to requests for technical support via phone and email
  • Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with JIRA software
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with concepts and practices related to Help Desk Operations
