Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Agent to provide technical support for the USAF's NexGen IT initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Responds to requests for technical support via telephone and email
  • Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations
  • At least 1 year of experience with JIRA software
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to obtain a NACI clearance
