Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Agent to provide technical support for the USAF's NexGen IT initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to requests for technical support via telephone and email
- Documents and tracks problems to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations
- At least 1 year of experience with JIRA software
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to obtain a NACI clearance
