Job Summary
Seeking a Help Desk Support Agent for a full-time remote or hybrid position, the candidate will respond to technical assistance requests, diagnose hardware and software issues, and maintain productive client relationships during second-shift hours from 11 AM to 7 PM CT, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and email
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, assisting end-users with functionality questions
- Log and track all support requests and document resolutions in the Helpdesk Ticketing System
Required qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in helpdesk support, preferably within a law firm or professional services organization
- A college degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop products, including Windows 10 and Office 365
- Experience with SCCM software deployment tools and basic Active Directory account management
- Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing solutions and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams
