Job Summary

Help Desk Support Representative, responsible for delivering exceptional Tier 1 customer support remotely, handling inquiries from various stakeholders through phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for stakeholders including insurance issuers and state agencies
  • Assist with account access issues such as password resets and account unlocking
  • Log user inquiries in ticketing software and escalate to Tier 2 support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screen
  • Prior experience in customer service and help desk support
  • Experience with help desk ticketing software
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
