Job Summary
Help Desk Support Representative, responsible for delivering exceptional Tier 1 customer support remotely, handling inquiries from various stakeholders through phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for stakeholders including insurance issuers and state agencies
- Assist with account access issues such as password resets and account unlocking
- Log user inquiries in ticketing software and escalate to Tier 2 support as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and drug screen
- Prior experience in customer service and help desk support
- Experience with help desk ticketing software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
