Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support 3 specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support to Cloud Users for all CSM service-related issues
- Assist users with access issues and guide them through technical resolutions
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to help desk services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 2-4 years of cloud engineering experience
- Proficiency in enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or HPESM
- Strong understanding of Azure administration and cloud architecture
- Security+ certification and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
