Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support 3 specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 support to Cloud Users for all CSM service-related issues
  • Assist users with access issues and guide them through technical resolutions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to help desk services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 2-4 years of cloud engineering experience
  • Proficiency in enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or HPESM
  • Strong understanding of Azure administration and cloud architecture
  • Security+ certification and ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
