Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist members with technical difficulties related to their mobile app or website.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to members experiencing technical issues with registration, password resets, and navigation
- Guide members through troubleshooting processes and escalate issues to the engineering team as needed
- Assist with high call volumes and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a help desk environment preferred
- 1 year of experience in a virtual call center
- Experience handling a high volume of calls or help tickets (100+/day)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications and telephonic software
