Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist members experiencing technical difficulties with their mobile app or website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to members for issues related to registration, password resets, and navigation within the mobile app or website
  • Guide members through troubleshooting processes and escalate issues to the engineering team as necessary
  • Maintain a high volume of support interactions, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a help desk environment preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a virtual call center
  • Experience managing a high volume of calls or help tickets (100+/day)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications and telephonic software
