Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist members with technical difficulties related to their mobile app or website.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to members experiencing technical issues with registration and password resets
- Guide members through navigating the website or mobile app and escalate issues to the engineering team as needed
- Document and manage a high volume of support requests efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year experience in a help desk environment preferred
- 1 year experience in a virtual call center
- Experience handling a high volume of calls or help tickets (100+/day)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications and foundational computer skills
