Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support for a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global help desk support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide onsite technical support for staff at the Minnetonka office, ensuring hardware and connectivity are optimal
  • Manage the lifecycle of employee hardware, including provisioning and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role
  • Strong proficiency in Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with MDM solutions
  • Experience supporting multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and manage physical device deployments
