Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support through remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues
- Monitor and respond quickly to calls or chats received at the Service Desk
- Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate tickets for end users
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a technical support environment
- Familiarity with software such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Okta
- Ability to remotely access and support end user machines
- Experience in onboarding and training new agents
- Basic understanding of both software and hardware issues
