Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support through remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues
  • Monitor and respond quickly to calls or chats received at the Service Desk
  • Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate tickets for end users
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Familiarity with software such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Okta
  • Ability to remotely access and support end user machines
  • Experience in onboarding and training new agents
  • Basic understanding of both software and hardware issues
