Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist - Tier 1 - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users on hardware, software, and the VAST POS System
  • Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for users with issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Create, update, and resolve customer tickets while keeping users informed on outstanding requests
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical phone support
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience with remote work
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware and peripherals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is desired
