Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist - Tier 1 - US Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users on hardware, software, and the VAST POS System
- Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting for users with issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Create, update, and resolve customer tickets while keeping users informed on outstanding requests
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical phone support
- Strong knowledge of Office 365
- Experience with remote work
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware and peripherals
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is desired
