Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier I support and collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Helpdesk queue and resolve user tickets in a timely manner
- Manage partner information within Salesforce CRM and maintain user accounts for supported products
- Provide platform training for internal and external users and escalate support tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or Information Systems
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, health IT support, or clinical/administrative support
- Integrity, dependability, advocacy, and clarity in work ethic
