Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier I support and collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Helpdesk queue and resolve user tickets in a timely manner
  • Manage partner information within Salesforce CRM and maintain user accounts for supported products
  • Provide platform training for internal and external users and escalate support tickets as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, or Information Systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, health IT support, or clinical/administrative support
  • Integrity, dependability, advocacy, and clarity in work ethic
