Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist who is responsible for supporting internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Help Desk inquiries via phone, email, and system communication, ensuring timely support
  • Maintain and update a Knowledge Base tool, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible
  • Record inquiry dates, resolution timelines, and prepare Help Desk metrics
Required Qualifications
  • US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience providing user access support, including password resets and account management
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+ CE, or equivalent certification is a plus
