Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Help Desk Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical assistance for software maintenance support, focusing on user issues and data application management in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the operation of a 24x7 Help Desk, addressing technical issues for a US Government customer
  • Provide technical support for COTS products, customized applications, and user account administration
  • Conduct on-the-spot diagnostics and escalate issues as necessary for resolution
Required qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a background screening and obtain Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree in IT and 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting users of Microsoft products
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
