Job Summary

Providing technical support for internal and external users, the contract Help Desk Support Specialist will manage incident resolution, maintain issue tracking systems, and assist with Salesforce and CHATS technology issues while working onsite in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage support emails and calls, updating issue tracking systems with service desk report information
  • Provide Salesforce support and troubleshoot technical problems for users, escalating issues as necessary
  • Document issues and resolutions to enhance FAQs and user guides, ensuring clear communication with end users
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Preferred three years of experience using Salesforce CRM and Jira
  • Demonstrated ability to manage incident tracking and provide technical support
  • Experience in documenting technical issues and resolutions
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles in a technical support environment
