Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Services Specialist (Tier II/III) for a full-time remote position, who will manage complex technical problem resolution, collaborate with engineering teams to restore services, and diagnose root-cause issues to support the US Army Corps of Engineers' PROMIS Program.

Key responsibilities
  • Address and resolve complex technical problems escalated beyond Tier II/III support
  • Collaborate with network services and software engineering teams to restore critical services
  • Recreate user-reported problems in test environments to diagnose and implement permanent fixes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of IT support experience
  • Proven experience handling complex technical issues escalated by junior staff
  • Substantial troubleshooting experience across enterprise environments and multi-tiered applications
  • Ability to stay ahead of current technology trends to address evolving user requests
  • Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Database Administration fundamentals
