Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Services Specialist (Tier II/III) for a full-time remote position, who will manage complex technical problem resolution, collaborate with engineering teams to restore services, and diagnose root-cause issues to support the US Army Corps of Engineers' PROMIS Program.
Key responsibilities
- Address and resolve complex technical problems escalated beyond Tier II/III support
- Collaborate with network services and software engineering teams to restore critical services
- Recreate user-reported problems in test environments to diagnose and implement permanent fixes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of IT support experience
- Proven experience handling complex technical issues escalated by junior staff
- Substantial troubleshooting experience across enterprise environments and multi-tiered applications
- Ability to stay ahead of current technology trends to address evolving user requests
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Database Administration fundamentals
