Help Desk Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician 1 - Help Desk Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing desktop and operational support to users at various locations
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware
• Diagnose and resolve user issues using remote desktop software and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience
• May have additional training or education in a related area
• Ability to perform routine tasks and follow prescribed guidelines
• Experience with call center telephony equipment is preferred
• Experience in customer support or call center support is preferred
