Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Help Desk Support Technician will provide on-site assistance in Gaithersburg, MD, addressing customer issues, documenting solutions, and applying basic network concepts.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide in-person and remote support for Windows endpoint devices and related technology
  • Write documentation and step-by-step guides for customer requests and solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve multifaceted incidents, including hardware and software issues
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree or 60 credit hours in computer science or information systems management, or one year of Tier II Desktop Support experience
  • ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification (to be obtained within 40 business days)
  • Dell Hardware certification (to be obtained within 20 business days)
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Experience with Windows endpoint device installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
