Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems and coordinate with network engineers
  • Monitor and manage system resources to ensure operating efficiency
  • Perform systems security administration functions, including user profile and account management
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with a BS/BA; 3 years with an MS/MA; no experience required with a PhD
  • Able to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Current Security+ certification is required
  • Experience in supporting software developers in development environments
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis for production deployments
