Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical assistance requests through various channels and diagnose hardware/software issues
- Maintain support documentation and follow help desk procedures for issue resolution
- Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate urgent issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or A+ certification
- 6+ months of experience with Active Directory
- Three or more years of experience in related areas or equivalent education
- Knowledge of desktop end-user technologies and office automation software
- Desire to stay updated on best practices and technologies
