Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical assistance requests through various channels and diagnose hardware/software issues
  • Maintain support documentation and follow help desk procedures for issue resolution
  • Log interactions in the ticketing system and escalate urgent issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or A+ certification
  • 6+ months of experience with Active Directory
  • Three or more years of experience in related areas or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of desktop end-user technologies and office automation software
  • Desire to stay updated on best practices and technologies
