Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end user MAC and Windows systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
  • Support Microsoft Office applications for both Mac and Windows


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of MAC experience (MAC OS X version 10.10 to current and IOS 11.x.x to current)
  • 3 years experience in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software applications, and network connectivity
  • Demonstrated Mac proficiency and JAMF experience
  • Broad knowledge of technology hardware, software, and concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of peripherals and enterprise environment hardware/software
