Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Help Desk Technician responsible for managing and dispatching service requests to optimize resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft applications and operating systems
- Monitor and respond to alerts from the remote monitoring and management system through JIRA service tickets
- Assist in IT procurement processes and manage software licenses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology desired
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- CompTIA N+ Certification required
- ITIL Foundation Certification desired
- 3-5 years of Help Desk experience desired
