Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Help Desk Technician responsible for managing and dispatching service requests to optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft applications and operating systems
  • Monitor and respond to alerts from the remote monitoring and management system through JIRA service tickets
  • Assist in IT procurement processes and manage software licenses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology desired
  • CompTIA A+ Certification required
  • CompTIA N+ Certification required
  • ITIL Foundation Certification desired
  • 3-5 years of Help Desk experience desired
