Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech II to provide IT support for employees in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support via phone and ticketing systems
- Participate in on-call rotation and support new hires and employee changes
- Resolve basic IT issues, including hardware repairs and software installations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to resolve typical IT-related issues in a corporate Microsoft environment
- Working knowledge of computer and network security systems
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers and networks
- Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions
