Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Tech II to provide IT support for employees in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support via phone and ticketing systems
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support new hires and employee changes
  • Resolve basic IT issues, including hardware repairs and software installations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to resolve typical IT-related issues in a corporate Microsoft environment
  • Working knowledge of computer and network security systems
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers and networks
  • Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions
