Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to end users in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical assistance and support to end users via phone, chat, or email
  • Install, modify, or repair computer hardware and software, and troubleshoot related issues
  • Document end user queries, problems, and solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft products is required
  • Understanding of basic PC and printer hardware
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
