Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician III.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Collaborate with team members and senior technicians to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Manage a queue of technical support requests, prioritize issues, and document resolutions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus 5+ years of related experience, or Associate's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in a technical support or help desk role in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours as part of a 24/7 support model
