Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Collaborate with team members and senior technicians to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Manage a queue of technical support requests, prioritize issues, and document resolutions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma plus 5+ years of related experience, or Associate's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in a technical support or help desk role in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory management
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and experience with ticketing systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours as part of a 24/7 support model
