Job Summary
A company is looking for Help Desk Technicians for the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical issues via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams during overnight hours
- Monitor, create, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow
- Provide hardware and device support for laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks, including specialized equipment
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, ChromeOS, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and familiarity with Microsoft Intune
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, including Zebra printers and handheld scanners
- Self-motivated and accountable, especially during graveyard hours
