Job Summary

A company is looking for Help Desk Technicians for the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical issues via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams during overnight hours
  • Monitor, create, and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow
  • Provide hardware and device support for laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks, including specialized equipment
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or similar technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, ChromeOS, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and familiarity with Microsoft Intune
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, including Zebra printers and handheld scanners
  • Self-motivated and accountable, especially during graveyard hours
