Job Summary
Providing high-quality support both onsite and remotely, the full-time Help Desk Technician will manage user accounts, maintain IT systems, deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure smooth daily operations across diverse environments including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
Key responsibilities
- Manage user accounts and access rights using a centralized access management solution
- Perform operating system updates, system patches, and security audits to maintain a secure environment
- Troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues across various devices and provide technical assistance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience providing help desk support and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
