Job Summary

Providing Level 1 technical support, the full-time Help Desk Technician will assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues while working remotely in a dynamic government environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver Level 1 technical support to users across various departments and locations
  • Document and track support requests using incident and knowledge base systems
  • Ensure timely resolution of user issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of two years support experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Experience troubleshooting network and printer issues
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Prior help desk experience in a call center environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with incident management and knowledge base systems is desirable
