Job Summary

Providing primary support services to internal users, the full-time Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user issues related to system access, hardware, application software, and basic network communication, both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality end user support services by guiding users through troubleshooting steps and documenting issues
  • Assist in developing and complying with documentation standards and utilize support tracking systems for monitoring user support statistics
  • Research new hardware and software developments while maintaining knowledge of current trends and contributing to the online support knowledgebase
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in database applications or PC hardware and software
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Experience supporting MS Office, web-based applications, and remote users
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and servers
