Job Summary

Supporting internal end users and external consultants, the full-time Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and telecommunications in a hybrid work environment based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide initial support for software applications, hardware, and telecommunications devices for remote and onsite users
  • Set up new hires by creating user accounts, assigning security groups, and configuring necessary hardware
  • Utilize the help desk ticketing system to manage incoming requests and document resolutions accurately
Required qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's Degree, or a 2-year degree or Certification in A+ and Network +
  • 0 - 6 months of experience in a Helpdesk role using a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 or higher
  • Ability to physically work in the Menomonee Falls office 2 to 3 days per week
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware environments
