Job Summary
Providing Tier 1 technical support, the full-time Help Desk Technician will assist employees with software, hardware, and network issues through various communication channels in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnoses and resolves technical inquiries from employees or customers
- Troubleshoots and addresses software, hardware, and network failures
- Documents support cases to ensure continuity and adherence to service standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a technical support environment
- Availability for on-call duties, including holidays
- Flexibility to work various shift schedules, including weekends
