Job Summary
Providing primary support services to internal users, the full-time Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user issues related to system access, hardware, application software, and basic network communication, working both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality end-user support by guiding users through corrective steps and documenting issues
- Assist in developing and complying with standards for documentation, ticket logging, and monitoring
- Utilize a support tracking system to monitor user support statistics and ensure adherence to service level agreements
Required qualifications
- 1 year of experience in database applications or PC hardware and software
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience supporting MS Office, web-based applications, and remote users
- Experience identifying and resolving hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and servers
