Job Summary

Providing first-line technical support for end users, the remote Help Desk Technician will resolve hardware, software, account, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, and hardware issues
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and MFA requests
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
