Job Summary
Providing first-line technical support for end users, the remote Help Desk Technician will resolve hardware, software, account, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, and hardware issues
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and MFA requests
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
