Job Summary
To provide technical support to users, the full-time Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system setups, and ensure efficient operation of IT services remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with common software applications and remote support tools
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred
