Job Summary

To provide technical support to users, the full-time Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system setups, and ensure efficient operation of IT services remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with common software applications and remote support tools
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred
