Help Desk Technician (SQL Focus)

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and focused on SQL, the Help Desk Technician (SQL Focus) will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of client systems in a hybrid remote position based in Carthage, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for client systems, addressing issues related to SQL
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT services through troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with SQL and its applications in a support environment
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with both remote and on-site responsibilities
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
