Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 100% phone support to customers, addressing IT-related issues
  • Identify and resolve problems quickly, escalating issues as necessary
  • Document tickets and research knowledge while multitasking during calls
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT phone support experience
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Extensive knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preference for experience in a regulated industry helpline or IT support center
