Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 100% phone support to customers, addressing IT-related issues
- Identify and resolve problems quickly, escalating issues as necessary
- Document tickets and research knowledge while multitasking during calls
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT phone support experience
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Extensive knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preference for experience in a regulated industry helpline or IT support center
