Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, logging all support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications while providing user training and guidance
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role
- Experience with O365 Applications and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar is a plus
- Strong knowledge of popular operating systems and software applications
