Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and document support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate prioritization
  • Promote IT best practices and assist in the configuration and maintenance of end-user systems
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Analyst or IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management practices
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
