Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst (Voice & Non-Voice Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 technical support via voice and non-voice channels
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to registration, logon, and website/app navigation
  • Log and manage incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in helpdesk, customer support, or technical support roles
  • Basic Level 1 technical troubleshooting skills for web browsers and mobile apps
  • Familiarity with helpdesk operations and incident management processes
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) are a plus but not mandatory
