Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst (Voice & Non-Voice Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support via voice and non-voice channels
- Troubleshoot common issues related to registration, logon, and website/app navigation
- Log and manage incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in helpdesk, customer support, or technical support roles
- Basic Level 1 technical troubleshooting skills for web browsers and mobile apps
- Familiarity with helpdesk operations and incident management processes
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) are a plus but not mandatory
