Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
- Experience supporting end users in a remote, SaaS-driven environment
- Strong general troubleshooting skills and ability to research solutions independently
- Proven experience with a ticketing system and following defined processes
