Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst / Systems Administrator to provide Tier II application support and system administration for a cloud-hosted application environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for application support requests and troubleshoot application functionality issues
  • Perform system administration tasks, including user account management and environment configuration updates
  • Document support procedures and collaborate with development and security teams to maintain application reliability


Required Qualifications
  • US Citizenship required
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in helpdesk, IT support, or system administration roles
  • Experience with ticketing systems and performing routine support activities
