Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk and Cloud Operations Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Office365 and manage end-user computers while ensuring application updates
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, managing application logs and performance trends
- Coordinate incident response, problem management, and change management processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure or AWS
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration
- Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening frameworks
- Understanding of cloud best practices and application troubleshooting
