Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk and Cloud Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Office365 and manage end-user computers while ensuring application updates
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, managing application logs and performance trends
  • Coordinate incident response, problem management, and change management processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in IT support or systems administration
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure or AWS
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration
  • Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud best practices and application troubleshooting
