Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Engineer responsible for assisting with project and deployment tasks for Managed Services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision and deliver computer systems and services, including migrations to Office 365 and Azure
- Design and implement secure cloud solutions and conduct infrastructure assessments
- Track activities and provide updates on project status to internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in System Administration, including Microsoft Windows and Azure
- Proven experience with Office 365 email migrations and cloud server migrations
- Experience with Intune enrollment and policies
- Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, VPN)
- U.S. Citizenship and residency within the United States or its Territories
