Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop SLAs and policies for problem resolution
  • Manage incoming requests and track trends in help desk activities
  • Train, coach, and mentor help desk technicians

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with strong customer service background
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft365, Azure, AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce
  • Basic networking knowledge to support desktop issues
