Job Summary
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SLAs and policies for problem resolution
- Manage incoming requests and track trends in help desk activities
- Train, coach, and mentor help desk technicians
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with strong customer service background
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Experience with Microsoft365, Azure, AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce
- Basic networking knowledge to support desktop issues
